The leveled material enters the feeder. While controlling the material advancing distance and speed through the material advancing conveying device, it is driven by lateral translation. The device controls the distance the material is translated laterally. In this way, when the first stamping is completed on the steel strip, the CNC device of the yaw feeder can drive the movable frame to translate laterally through the lateral translation drive device, and then drive the steel strip to translate laterally by an appropriate distance, so that the stamping dies are first arranged in the lateral direction. The steel strip is punched one by one in the cloth direction. When the first row of punching is completed, the lateral translation drive device drives the movable frame and the material to translate laterally by an appropriate distance, and the material advances and conveys the device to carry out the punching work of the second row. According to the size of the punching hole diameter and the width of the steel strip, by accurately calculating the distance of each lateral translation and/or advancing distance, the gap between the punching holes formed on the steel strip can be minimized, thereby effectively reducing corner waste. , The purpose of reducing the waste of raw materials.
